Connect Gmail, Calendar, and meeting transcripts

Preparing for a client call can mean searching email, checking the calendar, and hunting for what was agreed last time. An assistant can do that search once it can reach those records. A connector is a link, approved by you, that lets an AI assistant use an outside service. A Gmail connector can find messages; a Google Calendar connector can read appointments and, if you allow it, create or change them. The answer gets more useful when the assistant compares related records. For a client call, it can find the latest request in Gmail, confirm the appointment in Calendar, and check the previous meeting's transcript. The result is call-prep notes: the agreements, the changes, and the open questions, each with a link or quoted passage you can check.

Connect an account only when the job needs what it holds. Pasting one complete email may be enough for a one-time reply; weekly call prep may justify connecting the account. Connectors also differ in what they can read or change, so check their permissions and test them on a record you know before trusting the results.
