Terms of Use

This site provides educational content, membership resources, and coaching about AI tools, workflows, and skills. I work to keep it useful and accurate, but it is education and coaching, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice for your particular situation. You are responsible for your final decisions and how you use the material.

The frameworks, prompts, templates, courses, guides, and other site content are mine or used with permission. You may use them for yourself and your own team. You may not repackage, publish, license, or resell them as your own product without written permission.

Anything you create using what you learn here is yours. You keep responsibility for reviewing it and making sure it is lawful, accurate, safe, and appropriate for your situation.

Membership accounts are for one person unless I agree otherwise in writing. Do not share account access, spam or harass people, scrape member information, interfere with the site, or use the service unlawfully. I may suspend or end access when someone materially harms the site or community. Meli AI Academy membership payments and AI Mastermind payments are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise.

An AI Mastermind purchase also follows the dedicated Mastermind Terms of Service, Privacy, Recording, AI Use & Community Notice, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy linked below. Those policies explain the live group, recording, community, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms for that service.

One-on-one coaching and other mentoring or consulting purchases also follow the scope, timing, cancellation, and refund details shown in the proposal, booking page, checkout, or written agreement for that service.

I may improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the site. I will use reasonable care to avoid disrupting paid access and will tell active members before a material change affects their membership.

I will do my best work for you. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or materials. My total responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service connected to that claim during the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If I make a meaningful change, I will give notice before the new terms apply to an active paid membership.
