Privacy Policy

When you join an updates list, send a public form, create an account, or buy a service, I receive the information you provide. Depending on what you choose, that can include your name, email address, form answers, account access, subscription status, and compact learning records.

Stripe processes payments. I do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may process payment, transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.

Resend delivers site, account, and membership messages. Messages sent to me through the site, along with limited owner copies used for support and delivery checks, can reach my Google/Gmail inbox.

If you only use Meli AI Academy, I do not record you or create transcripts about you. Academy keeps the account, billing, access, and learning-progress information needed to run your membership. It does not create private coaching insights, prompts, or workflows from your activity.

AI Mastermind is a live group program. When everyone present confirms and a session is recorded, its Fathom recording and transcript support the replay archive, group summaries, lesson debriefs, practical takeaways, and recap emails described in the Mastermind notice. If anyone does not confirm, the session stays unrecorded.

One-on-one coaching is a private working relationship. With notice and agreement, session recordings and transcripts can support private insights, recaps, personalized prompts, workflows, next steps, and client portal material.

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated information such as visited pages, referrers, general location, device type, and browser type. It does not use third-party cookies or give me a profile of an identified visitor.

When Sentry monitoring is enabled, the site reports errors and samples 10% of performance traces so I can diagnose problems. The Sentry software is configured not to send default personally identifying information.

I use Cloudflare Turnstile on selected public forms to help make sure the site is not abused. Cloudflare may process limited browser, device, and network information for this purpose.

I use information to provide the service you chose, send messages you requested, run accounts and access, process purchases and refunds, answer you, prevent abuse, and fix problems. I never sell your personal data.

The services listed below receive only the information needed for their role and handle it under their own privacy terms. Recording providers are limited to the live programs that use recording. They do not receive ordinary Academy learning records through this site.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You can ask what information I hold about you, correct it, request an export, or ask me to delete it through the contact form.

Retention follows the service relationship and the kind of record. Academy account and learning records, Mastermind group materials, and private coaching source files do not share one retention period. Each service notice explains the practical boundary. Limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal records may be kept as long as they are reasonably required.

If I make a meaningful change to this policy, I will give notice by email or on the site.
