Meli AI Academy Data Notice

Your Academy account can include your name, email address, authentication records, subscription and access status, and the security information needed to protect your account.

Your learning record can include the courses, lessons, guides, or prompts you open or complete; bookmarks and saved prompt references; a learning goal; time zone and learning preferences; onboarding answers; assessment attempts and results; and the dates associated with those records.

Academy does not record you, listen to you, or create transcripts about you. It does not use your membership activity to create private coaching insights, personalized prompts, client workflows, session recaps, or a coaching portal.

The recording and transcript practices described for AI Mastermind and one-on-one coaching apply only if you separately join one of those live services.

I use Academy records to sign you in, confirm access, remember saved items and progress, show your dashboard, grade assessments, answer support requests, handle billing, prevent abuse, and improve or repair the service.

I do not sell this information or use it to make automated decisions about your eligibility or treatment.

Supabase provides accounts, authentication, membership records, and learning-data storage. Stripe handles payment and subscription information. Resend delivers account and membership email. Limited owner copies used for membership support and delivery checks can reach my Google/Gmail inbox. Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate analytics. Sentry receives limited error and performance reports when monitoring is enabled. I use Cloudflare Turnstile during account signup and password recovery to help make sure the site is not abused.

I keep account and learning records while they support your membership, account recovery, or a request you make. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not by itself delete your account or learning progress.

You can request an export, correction, or deletion through the contact form. After a verified deletion request, I remove account-linked learning information I no longer need. Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and legal records may remain for as long as they are reasonably required.

If Academy begins collecting a materially different kind of member information, I will update this notice and provide notice before the new practice applies.
