Who this is for

You believe AI matters. You have tried it. It has not become part of your week yet.

Here is what the people I work with tend to say.

I’ve used it a few times. I just don’t know what to use it for regularly.

You have tried AI on a few things and it worked fine. The part that has not clicked is knowing what to reach for it on, day after day, as a natural part of how you work.

Need a clear first move.

It gave me something generic once and I haven’t gone back.

One underwhelming result carries more weight than it should. What changes everything is learning to turn that result around.

I care about getting things right, and AI makes me nervous about that.

Your work has real consequences. The skill is knowing how to check AI output, catch what is off, and turn each correction into a sharper instruction. That review instinct separates daily users from everyone else.

Quality through review.

Every week there is a new tool, and I cannot tell which ones matter.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot. Each new option adds noise. You want someone who has tested them to tell you what is worth your time for what you do.

Focus > noise.

What changes

It starts with one task that AI handles better than anything else you have tried.

We find the task together, build it until it works reliably, and then the pattern becomes clear enough to apply to the next one.

One task that saves you real time, this week

We find the specific part of your work where AI makes an obvious difference. Meeting prep, first drafts, research summaries, health tracking, project updates. One task you reach for AI on every time.

Every correction makes the system smarter

When AI gets something wrong, that is information. You learn to catch the miss, correct the output, and turn that correction into a standard the system keeps. Over time, the system reflects how you think because you taught it.

The second and third tasks come from you

Once the first one works, you start seeing others. The skills transfer. Clients regularly tell me their second AI project started without my help.

About Tom

I coach people through their next AI breakthroughs, starting from what they already do.

Most of the people I work with tried AI, got a reasonable result once or twice, and then stopped reaching for it. The fix is almost always the same: find one task where AI is clearly better, learn to shape the result when it misses, and watch each correction build a system that understands how you work. I have done this across dozens of fields since 2023, and the pattern holds.

Start with one task. The rest follows.

Tell me what takes too long, what you keep putting off, or what you wish someone else could handle. We will find the first place AI can help and build it until it works every time.
