Why re-explain the same email every week?
Many people keep one long AI conversation open and repeat the same email instructions each week. Every repeat costs time and invites drift: old drafts and copied rules pile up in the conversation, and the assistant has to untangle current facts from stale ones.
A fixes this: a saved set of instructions the assistant loads by name, kept outside any one conversation. It holds what stays the same, the writing principles, structure, voice examples, required facts, and checks. Each new request then adds only what changed: the current names, dates, decisions, and commitments.
