Your sent emails are the evidence for your voice
Your own sent emails provide direct evidence of your writing voice, which no list of adjectives can supply. Gather varied messages from one email type, remove secrets and unrelated details, and hold a few back for testing.
From the rest, the assistant can describe your openings, sentence length, directness, warmth, structure, and closings, quoting short supporting lines. Then read that style reference against the held-back mail: a pattern the held-back emails contradict comes out. And a hard rule: invented examples never become your saved voice.
