What is an AI workflow?
Most jobs you hand an AI assistant have more than one step. Writing a report means gathering information, drafting an explanation and checking the result. Each stage uses something the earlier work produced. A workflow is that connected sequence of stages. Writing the sequence down helps you see what can be shared out and what must wait.
Consider buying a washing machine. You have three written offers for the same model and want to compare the total price, delivery date and installation charge. An is an assistant that can choose steps and use tools, such as reading those files. In an app that supports helpers, a lead agent can give each offer to a separate helper and combine what they find. You direct the overall job in the main conversation.
Helpers are useful only if the combined result justifies the coordination. Reading three short offers may be straightforward for one agent. Longer documents may offer more reading to share out, but somebody still has to check the details and compare the totals fairly. This course shows how to plan that work and judge the result.
