Record and improve a social workflow

Some creative work is easier to show than to describe: choosing a crop, naming an export, or preparing an approved post in a design tool. A recorded demonstration gives the assistant visible steps to turn into a draft skill: saved instructions it can reuse. Adding your reasons in chat before or after the demonstration explains decisions that clicks alone cannot show.

This project uses a small task, such as preparing a reviewed image file for a campaign folder. Record & Replay currently supports macOS with Computer Use available and enabled. If recording is unavailable, screenshots and written explanations can supply a demonstration for you to review with the assistant.
