Create a readable page from meeting notes

Your teammate opens the copy you send, which can behave differently from your file. A page may look complete on your laptop only because a separate image still sits in your folder, or because the browser kept a copy from an earlier visit. The copy your teammate receives needs its own check. Turning off Wi-Fi on your own laptop proves little, since those images are still there. If teammates will open the page without internet, test on a device that has neither the original images nor a browser copy of them.

Send yourself a fresh copy the way the team will get it, such as an email attachment or shared-drive link, and open it on a phone and laptop. If a preview shows code instead of the page, download the file and open it in a browser. Check the facts, text size, whether the diagram fits the screen, and whether Tab reaches every link or control. If the team's app blocks HTML files, a PDF or an approved shared drive may serve better. After each repair, repeat the affected checks with a fresh copy.
