Choose ten sent emails from Gmail
A router is a skill that chooses another skill instead of doing the work itself. “Write this in my voice” leaves one choice unresolved: clients and friends receive different versions of your voice. Use approved sent mail to build separate work and personal skills, then test a router on one work request, one personal request, and one request that needs a question.
Start with five emails you sent to clients or coworkers and five you sent to friends or family. You will use this small sample to look for possible patterns, not final rules. Skip any message you did not write yourself or would not want quoted later.
